COVID-19

We are currently trying to reduce the times we need to visit our post office to dispatch parcels. We will aim to post orders out once a week on a Thursday whilst it is still possible for us to do so. If we have to self isolate due to coronavirus symptoms we will notify customers as soon as possible and will refund in full any orders we cannot fulfil. 

The health and safety of our customers is really important to us and we have increased our efforts to be in line with the current guidelines. This includes ensuring the production area for orders is sanitised to the highest standard possible and gloves are used where possible and hands are washed frequently.
